SoleMates started with a closet full of brand-new trainers that didn't fit. You know the story: a sale online, a size guess, the box sits there for months because returning is a hassle and reselling feels gross. Meanwhile, somewhere out there, somebody bought the same model in your size and has the exact same problem.
We built SoleMates to put those two people in the same room. The match rule is strict on purpose: same model, mirrored size. You ship to each other, you both end up wearing the trainers you wanted. No reselling, no markup, no shipping middle-man taking 20%.
Built for everyone, including single-shoe swaps
Most sneaker resale platforms ignore the millions of people who only need one shoe. Amputees, limb-difference athletes, anyone who buys a pair and only ever wears one. On SoleMates you can list a single left or single right, and the algorithm will only ever match you with the opposite side. Same price (free), same flow, no "accessibility tax".

SoleMates is free to use. No listing fees, no swap commissions, no premium tier. Our goal right now is density: the more trainers and sizes in the pool, the more swaps actually go through. If you've got a pair sitting in the wrong size, list it today and help build the community.
